Why us
Cardiful is a swap interface, not a custodian. Everything on this page describes how the model works, so you can decide whether it fits your risk profile.
$0
of user funds held by Cardiful.
The service does not accept, receive, or hold client assets at any step. This is an architectural property, not a policy.
How the models differ
Core properties
Private keys stay in the user’s wallet. Every transaction is signed by the user and settles directly on-chain. Cardiful’s servers never take custody of assets.
Each swap is a single on-chain transaction that either completes in full or reverts. There are no partial fills, no margin calls, and no disputes to settle off-chain.
The interface does not gate access by account state. Subject to applicable sanctions and local law, anyone with a compatible wallet can connect and initiate a swap.
Service scope
Service classification matters for regulation. The list below describes the interface’s actual role, not aspirational positioning.
A user-facing interface that locates available on-chain liquidity and assembles a transaction for the user to sign.
Cardiful does not accept, store, or control user assets. Funds never enter an operator-held account or wallet.
Users execute their own trades by signing transactions with their own wallets. The operator does not act on the user’s behalf.
Cardiful does not take the other side of any trade, quote prices as principal, or earn a spread. Platform fees are explicit and flat.
The interface reads public blockchain data and public wallet addresses. No email, identity document, or private account data is collected to use the service.
Nothing displayed on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice. Users are responsible for understanding the assets they trade and applicable local law.

Risks & responsibilities
Crypto-asset prices can move rapidly. Slippage tolerances help but do not eliminate price risk during the confirmation window.
Swaps rely on third-party liquidity protocols and on-chain smart contracts. Code can contain bugs or be exploited, independent of Cardiful.
Custody of private keys is the user’s sole responsibility. Lost seed phrases, phishing, or compromised devices cannot be reversed by Cardiful.
Once signed and mined, a blockchain transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or disputed through Cardiful.
Users are responsible for compliance with local law, including tax reporting and sanctions screening. Use from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.
